This Acceptable Use Policy sets out rules for using HostCraft infrastructure and network. It is designed to protect our platform, our customers, and the wider internet community.
You must use HostCraft services in a lawful, responsible manner and respect the rights of others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, deployed servers, and networks under your control.
The following activities are not permitted on HostCraft infrastructure. This list is representative and not exhaustive:
Excessive or abusive use of network, CPU, or storage resources that disrupts the stability of the platform or impacts other customers may result in rate limiting, isolation, or suspension of affected services.
You must configure your services responsibly, apply security updates, and monitor applications deployed on our platform.
You are responsible for the content and applications you host. HostCraft does not pre-screen content, but we may investigate reports of abuse and take appropriate action.
When we receive a valid abuse report or detect clear violations of this policy, we may take actions that include warnings, temporary restrictions, or suspension of services.
In serious or repeated cases, we may terminate access to affected resources or your account, and may be required to cooperate with law enforcement or relevant authorities.
If you believe a HostCraft-hosted service is violating this policy or impacting your systems, please submit an abuse report with relevant details, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and logs.
You can report abuse by contacting our team via the Support page or emailing support@hostcraft.xyz.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy is intended to provide guidance and does not limit our ability to take actions we reasonably consider necessary to protect our platform, customers, and third parties from harm.
