At HostCraft, we strive to deliver premium cloud infrastructure. Due to the high-performance nature of our digital services, our refund policy strictly adheres to the following guidelines:

The 2-Hour Window

Customers may request a refund only within 2 hours of purchase. After this 2-hour window has expired, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Eligible Circumstances

  • The requested digital service or product was not delivered or provisioned successfully.
  • A verifiable technical failure occurred directly on HostCraft's infrastructure preventing the use of the service.

Important Notice: Refunds are strictly not eligible for a "change of mind" or user-end software misconfigurations.

To request an eligible refund within your 2-hour window, please immediately open a ticket with our Support team via your Command Center.
