These terms govern your use of HostCraft infrastructure, game servers, and related services. By creating an account, deploying resources, or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any resources provisioned through the HostCraft console. Activity originating from your account, API keys, or deployed instances is considered your responsibility.

You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it up to date so we can reach you about your services, incidents, or policy-related matters.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use HostCraft services for any illegal activity, abuse, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to DDoS attacks, malware hosting, spam, phishing, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that, in our reasonable judgment, pose risk to our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.

3. Resource Usage

You are responsible for managing the resources you deploy, including compute, storage, and network usage. Usage-based billing, if applicable, is calculated according to the metrics and pricing published on our site or console.

We may apply fair use or rate limiting measures to protect platform stability and ensure a reliable experience for all customers.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Services are prepaid unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of your services and associated data.

Where advertised, money-back guarantees or refund policies apply only as described on the relevant product or pricing pages. Any pro-rated or discretionary refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data. While HostCraft may implement redundancy and resilience measures, we do not guarantee that data will always be recoverable after deletion, failure, or account closure.

You should regularly back up critical workloads and configuration data to locations you control.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide highly available infrastructure, but uptime is not guaranteed unless explicitly specified in a service-level agreement. Maintenance windows, network events, or upstream provider incidents may temporarily impact availability.

Where possible, we will communicate planned maintenance and significant incidents through official channels.

7. Liability

HostCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with any service will not exceed the amount paid by you for that service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice via the site, console, or email. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
